401k Account Manager - Series 65
Job Summary
Supporting 401(k) Producers with sales and customer service, the remote 401k Account Manager - Series 65 will manage client relationships, assist with plan data updates, and oversee the implementation of defined contribution plans in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains ongoing client contact to address service issues and manage vendors
- Schedules and attends client meetings, preparing necessary materials and meeting minutes
- Assists with plan applications, document reviews, and participant enrollment meetings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three or more years of related work experience in 401k account management
- Understanding of retirement plan types and ERISA guidelines
- Valid Series 65 license required; securities license preferred
- Experience with small to mid-sized clients (less than 250 participants)
