Key Responsibilities
- Manage data entry processes for accurate plan and participant information
- Prepare and submit contribution correction payment requests, ensuring compliance and documentation
- Oversee the creation and amendments of plan documents while coordinating with other teams for seamless execution
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of general office management experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of 401(k) Plan Structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL Regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
