Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administration Support Specialist to provide support for 401(k) Administration Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data entry processes for 401(k) plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and submit contribution correction payment requests, ensuring compliance with plan requirements
  • Oversee the creation and amendments of plan documents and assist with plan document maintenance tasks
Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of general office management experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of 401(k) Plan Structure and IRS/DOL Regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
