Job Summary
A company is looking for a 401k Benefits Analyst to provide technical and analytical support for company-sponsored retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and reconcile plan enrollment, deductions, and contributions
- Assist with employee enrollments, open enrollment, and compliance testing
- Serve as a liaison with the Finance Department regarding benefit-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in accounting or business-related discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years' experience administering retirement and pension plans
- Experience with multi-business lines and union collective bargaining agreements preferred
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Certification or PHR preferred
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint, WorkDay, and HRIS systems preferred
