Job Summary

A company is looking for a 401k Benefits Analyst to provide technical and analytical support for company-sponsored retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and reconcile plan enrollment, deductions, and contributions
  • Assist with employee enrollments, open enrollment, and compliance testing
  • Serve as a liaison with the Finance Department regarding benefit-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in accounting or business-related discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years' experience administering retirement and pension plans
  • Experience with multi-business lines and union collective bargaining agreements preferred
  • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Certification or PHR preferred
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint, WorkDay, and HRIS systems preferred
