401(k) Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the New Business team, the fully remote 401(k) New Business Analyst will establish new retirement plans and manage onboarding processes while ensuring accuracy and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain new retirement plans within company systems, including Relius Administration and CRM platforms
• Prepare enrollment materials and onboarding documents for clients
• Enter employee census information and maintain organized electronic records in compliance with departmental standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred; relevant experience in TPA or retirement plan recordkeeping may be considered
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to quickly learn Relius Administration and other company software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
