Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Administrator responsible for processing and reviewing participant distribution requests for 401(k) retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and approve various types of distribution requests in compliance with IRS guidelines and plan documents
  • Ensure requests are complete and accurate by verifying required documentation and resolving any issues with Not in Good Order (NIGO) requests
  • Assist in training new employees and provide backup support to team members during absences
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in retirement plan administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in 401(k) distribution processing within a TPA or recordkeeper environment
  • Comfortable learning new systems and working with data
  • Willingness to learn retirement plan concepts and grow in the role
  • Experience with Relius and Salesforce is a plus
