Job Summary

A company is looking for a 508 Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the organization in interpreting and implementing Section 508 compliance standards
Perform technical editing, quality control, and remediation support for existing and new deliverables
Create Section 508 compliant versions for various types of documents and websites

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in 508 compliance
Expertise in 508 compliance tools like JAWS, Dragon Natural Speaking, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Demonstrated experience in Section 508 within Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively in a team and develop positive relationships with coworkers and clients
High level of organization, attention to detail, and originality
