911 Accuracy Coordinator

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wireline subscriber data maintenance and ensure data accuracy for call routing
• Act as the point of contact for account customers and end users through various communication channels
• Prepare and distribute reports as requested and manage workload independently while collaborating with team members

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum two years of clerical, data entry, or customer service experience
• Experience in a public safety or 9-1-1 industry environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
