911 Technical Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting and maintaining 9-1-1 solutions, the full-time remote 911 Technical Analyst will manage data for 9-1-1 systems, troubleshoot call routing issues, and provide technical expertise while interfacing with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on the operation of internal 9-1-1 systems, including validation and provisioning processes
• Manage all data for a 9-1-1 system, including PSAPs, pANIs, shapefiles, and MSAG
• Troubleshoot 9-1-1 call routing and data delivery issues, working with internal teams and external parties to identify root causes and resolutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in 9-1-1 VoIP, Wireless, and/or call routing solutions and services strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Technical understanding of VoIP and Wireless 9-1-1 solutions and operations
• Ability to communicate both technical and business information effectively
• Diligent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
