A/B Testing Data Analyst Lead

Job Summary

Leading the Claims Triage and Automation program, the full-time A/B Testing Data Analyst Lead will focus on designing, measuring, and standardizing testing methodologies while collaborating with analysts to ensure rigorous testing aligned with business needs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and standardize A/B testing and control methodologies for evaluating new tools and processes
• Partner with analysts and business stakeholders to translate testing approaches into actionable recommendations
• Create consistent frameworks and reporting practices to improve decision-making across teams

Required qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with seven years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with five years of experience
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and randomized test frameworks
• Strong understanding of experimentation principles and measurement strategies
• Advanced skills in SQL and Excel, with experience in Python, R, or SAS and Power BI/Tableau
• Ability to present complex analyses clearly and effectively to business stakeholders
