A/R Auditor

Job Summary

To support a high-growth client, the full-time A/R Auditor will be responsible for auditing medical claims, coding, and managing denied claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Auditing medical claims and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for errors before or after submission
• Communicating with insurance companies to overturn denied or underpaid claims through phone calls and written appeals
• Utilizing multiple practice management systems and collaborating with team members to enhance client collections

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing or accounts receivable
• Experience with Epic or NextGen software is highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service mindset with a focus on quality delivery
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a competitive environment
