Job Summary

A company is looking for an A/R Credit Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Pro-actively ensure cash collection on due dates
Work with clients on inquiries and track outstanding debt
Prepare aging reports and calculate Bad Debt accrual according to company policies

Required Qualifications

Track record of delivery within Collections
Experience with multiple currencies in various countries
Knowledge of VAT and country-specific invoicing requirements
Bilingual Spanish written and spoken skills are essential
2+ years of experience in a SaaS organization with software collections experience
