A/R Management Director

Job Summary

Leading the revenue cycle management, the full-time salaried A/R Management Director will oversee outstanding insurance accounts receivable, manage insurance denials and appeals processes, and ensure timely collections while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and standardize workflows for the A/R Management team, focusing on performance metrics and cash flow improvement
• Collaborate with internal partners and external clients to resolve claims payment barriers and enhance operational efficiency
• Develop training programs and lead new project implementations to foster a high-performance team culture

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare billing or insurance operations
• 2 to 5 years of direct supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of billing, claims submission, and A/R management within the healthcare industry
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage change effectively
