A/R Reconciliation Analyst

Job Summary

Monitoring assigned accounts, the contract A/R Reconciliation Analyst will review aging reports, contact sponsors for unpaid invoices, and reconcile financial data while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review aging accounts for irregularities and ensure timely payments from sponsors/CROs
• Investigate and resolve disputes related to payments and financial data
• Facilitate AR write-offs and collaborate with other departments on billing questions

Required qualifications

• Ability to analyze and evaluate financial data
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience interpreting complex contractual language and budgets
• Understanding of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA)
