A/R Reconciliation Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the contract A/R Reconciliation Analyst will monitor assigned accounts, ensure timely payments, and resolve disputes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor assigned accounts for irregularities, non-payments, and delayed payments
• Contact Sponsors/CROs to follow up on unpaid invoices and facilitate timely payments
• Reconcile financial study data with information provided by Sponsors/CROs and review contracts to resolve payment issues

Required qualifications

• Ability to analyze and evaluate financial data and information
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of complex contractual language and ability to explain contractual budgets
• Understanding of FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act-Commercial or B2B)
