A/R Reconciliation Analyst

Job Summary

Monitoring assigned accounts, the contract A/R Reconciliation Analyst will review aging reports, follow up on unpaid invoices, and reconcile financial data with sponsors while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review aging accounts for irregularities and delayed payments, contacting sponsors as necessary
• Investigate and resolve disputes related to sponsors, patients, and customers
• Reconcile financial study data with information provided by sponsors and review medical procedure invoices for reimbursement eligibility

Required qualifications

• Ability to analyze and evaluate financial data
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of complex contractual language and budget interpretation
• Understanding of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA)
