A/R Reconciliation Analyst

Job Summary

Monitoring assigned accounts, the remote A/R Reconciliation Analyst will investigate irregularities, contact sponsors for payments, and reconcile financial data, all within a 3-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Review aging accounts for irregularities and follow up on unpaid invoices
• Investigate and resolve disputes related to sponsors, patients, and customers
• Reconcile financial study data with information provided by Sponsors/CROs

Required qualifications

• Ability to analyze and evaluate financial data
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience interpreting complex contractual language
• Understanding of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA)
