A/R Reconciliation Analyst

Job Summary

Monitoring assigned accounts, the contract A/R Reconciliation Analyst will review aging reports, contact sponsors for unpaid invoices, and reconcile financial data while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review aging accounts for irregularities and follow up on unpaid invoices with sponsors and CROs
• Investigate and resolve disputes related to sponsors, patients, and customers
• Reconcile financial study data with information provided by sponsors and review medical procedure invoices for reimbursement eligibility

Required qualifications

• Ability to analyze and evaluate financial data and information
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of complex contractual language and ability to interpret contractual budgets
• Understanding of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) in a commercial context
