Job Summary

A company is looking for an ABA Benefits and Authorizations Specialist to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inform clients about ABA benefits and submit authorization requests for assessments and ongoing therapy
  • Work with Regional Directors and the Intake team to manage BCBA caseloads and resolve customer complaints
  • Verify Medicaid eligibility and ensure compliance with Federal HIPAA Regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years or more in a customer service role
  • 2 years or more of administrative experience in the Medical or Mental Health field
  • Basic math skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
