Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of billing and revenue cycle operations
• Ensure accurate claims processing, timely collections, and compliance with regulations
• Monitor billing metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of medical billing/revenue cycle management experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of ABA billing, coding, and payer requirements
• Proficiency with CentralReach and EHR systems
• Experience in training and supervising billing staff
