ABA Billing Director

Job Summary

To lead billing operations effectively, the full-time ABA Billing Director will manage all aspects of the company's billing and revenue cycle, ensuring accurate claims processing and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full revenue cycle process including claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections
• Lead and manage the billing department, including training and supervision of billing staff
• Monitor billing metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of medical billing/revenue cycle management experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of ABA billing, coding, and payer requirements
• Proficiency with CentralReach and EHR systems
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
