Job Summary

To support billing operations, the part-time hourly ABA Billing Specialist will manage claims processing, ensure accurate billing, and maintain compliance with insurance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the submission and follow-up of insurance claims for ABA services
• Ensure accurate billing and coding in accordance with industry standards
• Maintain documentation and records to support compliance with insurance regulations

Required qualifications

• Experience in medical billing, specifically in ABA or behavioral health settings
• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures related to ABA services
• Familiarity with billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical billing preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in processing claims
