ABA Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the financial operations of a growing organization, the full-time ABA Billing Specialist will manage billing and revenue cycle processes, ensure accurate claims processing, and maintain compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full revenue cycle process, including claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections
• Lead and manage the billing department, including training and supervising billing staff
• Monitor billing metrics and generate reports to provide strategic recommendations to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of medical billing/revenue cycle management experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of ABA billing, coding, and payer requirements
• Proficiency with CentralReach, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
