Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Intake Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the client intake process, including gathering and reviewing documentation
- Assist with obtaining and tracking insurance authorizations for services
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain client confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client intake or insurance verification in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of insurance authorization processes is preferred
- Proficiency with CentralReach and Google Workspace is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
