Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Intake Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the client intake process, including gathering and reviewing documentation
  • Assist with obtaining and tracking insurance authorizations for services
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain client confidentiality
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client intake or insurance verification in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of insurance authorization processes is preferred
  • Proficiency with CentralReach and Google Workspace is preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
