• Verify insurance coverage and assist with obtaining and tracking authorizations
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with documentation requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in client intake or insurance verification in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of insurance authorization processes
• Proficiency with CentralReach and Google Workspace preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
