ABA Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ABA Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to policies and regulations related to ABA therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and insurance regulations related to ABA therapy
• Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate internal audits and prepare compliance reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a compliance, administrative, or clinical documentation role
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and healthcare documentation standards
• Experience working in an ABA or therapeutic services setting is a plus
