Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Authorizations and Client Intake.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the client intake process and ensure a smooth transition for new clients
- Manage the authorization process for insurance providers and track authorization statuses
- Supervise and train intake coordinators and administrative staff while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience managing staff
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in intake and authorization processes within a healthcare or behavioral health setting
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and insurance reimbursement practices
- Proficient with CentralReach and GSuite
