ABA Director of Client Intake

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Authorizations and Client Intake.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the client intake process and ensure a smooth transition for new clients
• Manage the authorization process for insurance providers and track authorization statuses
• Supervise and train intake coordinators and administrative staff while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience managing staff
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in intake and authorization processes within a healthcare or behavioral health setting
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and insurance reimbursement practices
• Proficient with CentralReach and GSuite
