ABA Operations Manager

Job Summary

Empowering ABA providers to optimize their practices, the full-time ABA Regional Operations Manager will drive operational excellence, manage provider launches, and enhance communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Project manage provider launches to ensure timely progress and success
• Create presentation decks and quarterly business reviews to maximize provider value
• Oversee critical customer experience operations, including training and reporting

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience leading an Applied Behavior Analysis practice
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and advise on profitability strategies
• Proven track record of developing growth strategies and meeting performance targets
• Understanding of ABA healthcare operations, including compliance and revenue cycle management
• Experience in building processes and tools in fast-paced environments
