ABA Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ABA Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Target and successfully recruit 5 hires per week, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Source, screen, and vet candidates for behavioral therapist positions while managing turnover and backfill needs
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates through the hiring process and adjust recruitment strategies based on performance metrics

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Strong background in healthcare recruiting preferred, but high-volume recruitment experience in other fields is acceptable
• Proven experience using an ATS for candidate workflow management
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a competitive environment
