Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly metrics for interviews, offers, and acceptances
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
• Source candidates and promote job openings on social media to enhance visibility

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of ABA recruiting experience for BT roles in a high-volume environment
• Strong working knowledge of recruiting functions and ATS systems
• Expertise in using technology and following standard operating procedures
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Good knowledge of G Suite and operating in an asynchronous environment
