Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day scheduling adjustments in real time
Match new Behavior Technicians' availability with client schedules
Contact clients and staff regarding availability changes and notify them of updated schedules

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or GED
2 years of experience in scheduling, specifically within the ABA or Autism field
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet changing session demands and deadlines
