ABA Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ABA Scheduler to manage scheduling operations within behavioral health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day scheduling operations and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Schedule assessments and communicate with parents, technicians, and internal departments
• Collaborate with recruitment and onboarding teams to match new hires with clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in scheduling or clinic operations, preferably in ABA or healthcare
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual in Spanish is a must
• Prior experience in recruiting within an ABA/mental health agency or healthcare setting is preferred
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Excel
