Job Summary
Supporting the Scheduling team, the full-time hourly ABA Scheduling Assistant will manage day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring effective communication with employees and clients while assisting with schedule updates and coverage needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Scheduling Coordinators with daily scheduling activities and administrative tasks
- Respond to phone calls, emails, chats, and text messages related to scheduling
- Communicate schedule changes, cancellations, and coverage updates to employees and internal teams
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of experience in administrative support or customer service within a healthcare or behavioral health setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to communicate effectively through various channels
- Strong organizational and time management skills
