ABA Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for RBTs and BCBAs, from posting to sourcing and screening
• Collaborate with BCBAs and Operations to ensure staffing needs are met and cases are filled promptly
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and dashboards for visibility and tracking of candidates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct ABA therapy recruiting experience, specifically with RBTs and BCBAs
• Experience with job boards, ATS systems, and outbound sourcing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment
• Strong organizational skills to create and maintain recruitment systems
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in achieving recruitment targets
