Job Summary

Seeking a passionate ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist, the full-time remote recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and behavioral health positions, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while building strong relationships within the ABA community.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for RBTs, BCBAs, and other ABA-related positions
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines within the ABA community
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities while tracking recruiting metrics
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in ABA
  • Demonstrated success in hiring RBTs and BCBAs
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Strong skills in interviewing, sourcing, and relationship building
