Job Summary

Seeking a passionate and experienced ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist, the full-time remote position will lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and behavioral health roles, focusing on attracting and hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while enhancing candidate experience and building strong relationships within the ABA community.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for RBTs, BCBAs, and other ABA-related positions
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the ABA community, sourcing and evaluating candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and coordinate interviews and onboarding activities
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with direct ABA recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated success in hiring RBTs and BCBAs
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Strong skills in interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building
