Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) compliance operations, the full-time remote ABAC Compliance Operations Manager will manage operational execution, enhance processes and controls, and coordinate third-party risk management activities across a multinational energy enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute ABAC compliance processes, monitoring controls and identifying inefficiencies for improvement
- Support the implementation of third-party risk management systems and ensure operational readiness through user testing and workflow validation
- Coordinate the tracking and resolution of ABAC operational issues, maintaining clear logs and analyzing recurring themes for process enhancement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, business, finance, compliance, risk management, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in ABAC compliance, third-party risk management, or related functions
- Working knowledge of third-party risk management frameworks and ABAC controls
- Experience in supporting operational processes in complex, global environments
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
