ABL Collateral Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, ABL Collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction to the ABL Operations team, including employee development and productivity metrics
• Manage and train Collateral Analysts to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence
• Perform quality control reviews and assist in monitoring portfolio risk exposure

Required Qualifications

• Five years of analysis experience in Specialty Finance is strongly preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of ABL, including collateral monitoring and risk mitigation
• Strong MS Excel skills, particularly in databases and spreadsheet report preparation
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in Finance or Accounting
• Knowledge of AR Wizard, ABLM.net, and SNL systems is preferred
