ABMGG Certified Clinical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Clinical Analyst II to support the interpretation of genetic findings and contribute to case resolution through exome and genome sequencing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical data analysis and case management to interpret genetic findings
• Review and finalize genetic test reports, interpret variants, and curate internal databases
• Communicate with clients to support case resolution and provider engagement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• PhD in Biology, Genetics, or related field, or MD/DO with over 2 years of relevant clinical diagnostics experience
• ABMGG certification or equivalent, certified in at least one specialty or board eligible
• Prior experience with variant curation is preferred but not required
• Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency with internal systems and Microsoft Office Suite
