ABMGG Certified Clinical Analyst

Job Summary

To support accurate diagnosis and case resolution through exome and genome sequencing workflows, the full-time remote ABMGG Certified Clinical Analyst will independently perform clinical data analysis, establish phenotype-genotype correlations, and document evidence for variant classification.

Key responsibilities

• Independently perform clinical data analysis and case management to support the accurate interpretation of genetic findings
• Establish phenotype-genotype correlations across a wide range of genetic disorders using internal resources and professional tools
• Investigate and interpret complex clinical features of genetic conditions, documenting evidence and rationale for variant classification

Required qualifications

• PhD in Biology, Genetics, or related field, or MD/DO with more than 2 years of directly relevant experience in clinical diagnostics
• ABMGG or CCMG certification required
• At least one year of independent clinical analysis experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with internal systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and the Office 365 environment
