Job Summary
To support accurate diagnosis and case resolution through exome and genome sequencing workflows, the fully remote ABMGG Certified Clinical Analyst II will independently perform clinical data analysis, establish phenotype-genotype correlations, and document evidence for variant classification.
Key responsibilities
- Independently perform clinical data analysis and case management to support accurate interpretation of genetic findings
- Establish phenotype-genotype correlations across a wide range of genetic disorders using internal resources and professional tools
- Investigate and interpret complex clinical features of genetic conditions, documenting evidence and rationale for variant classification
Required qualifications
- PhD in Biology, Genetics, or related field, or MD/DO with more than 2 years of relevant clinical diagnostics experience
- ABMGG or CCMG certification required
- At least one year of independent clinical analysis experience
- Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency with internal systems and Microsoft Office Suite
