ABMGG Certified Clinical Analyst

Job Summary

To support accurate diagnosis and case resolution, the fully remote ABMGG Certified Clinical Analyst will independently perform clinical data analysis and case management related to genetic findings through exome and genome sequencing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Independently perform clinical data analysis and case management to support the accurate interpretation of genetic findings, including reanalysis
• Establish phenotype-genotype correlations across a wide range of genetic disorders using internal resources and professional tools
• Investigate and interpret complex clinical features of genetic conditions, documenting evidence and rationale for variant classification in a clear, standardized format

Required qualifications

• PhD in Biology, Genetics, or related field, or MD/DO with over 2 years of directly relevant experience in clinical diagnostics
• ABMGG or CCMG certification required
• At least one year of independent clinical analysis experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with internal systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and the Office 365 environment
