Job Summary
Driving operational excellence in Absence and Disability Programs, the full-time virtual Absence and Disability Operations Lead will manage a team, provide strategic direction, and ensure compliance and readiness for business transformations and process changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of claim and operational professionals through coaching and performance management
- Serve as a trusted advisor on absence and leave operations, focusing on workforce readiness and process optimization
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and represent the business area in strategic planning and transformation efforts
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Absence, Leave Management, or Disability Claims operations
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on coaching and talent development
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and disability programs
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels and lead through change
- Proven analytical and stakeholder management skills
