Job Summary

A company is looking for an Absence Claims Associate Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Absence Claims Operations department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational plans, resource allocation strategies, and performance targets for the department
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency
  • Lead and oversee complex departmental projects from initiation to successful completion
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in absence management or disability management in a corporate or consulting environment required
  • 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
