Job Summary
A company is looking for an Absence Leave Manager to conduct investigations and manage absence administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of absence cases including PFML, FMLA, CPL, and ADA, ensuring service excellence
- Determine customer eligibility and manage leave requests while adhering to compliance and quality metrics
- Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to support ongoing leave management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience preferred
- HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Experience administering FMLA and/or State Leaves preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications required (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Knowledge of legal liability, insurance coverage, and medical terminology preferred
