Job Summary
A company is looking for an Absence Leave Manager to oversee absence administration and customer collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of absence cases, including various leave types, ensuring service excellence
- Determine customer eligibility and manage requests within compliance timeframes
- Communicate effectively with claimants and employers to gather information and support ongoing leave management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Experience administering FMLA and/or State Leaves preferred
- Knowledge of legal liability, insurance coverage, and medical terminology preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office applications required
