Job Summary

A company is looking for an Absence Leave Manager to oversee absence administration and customer collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of absence cases, including various leave types, ensuring service excellence
  • Determine customer eligibility and manage requests within compliance timeframes
  • Communicate effectively with claimants and employers to gather information and support ongoing leave management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Experience administering FMLA and/or State Leaves preferred
  • Knowledge of legal liability, insurance coverage, and medical terminology preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications required
