Job Summary

Managing a caseload of Absence Claims, the full-time Absence Management Claim Specialist will review and make decisions on claims related to the Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle, review, and administer FMLA/ADA claims, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Complete eligibility decisions during intake calls and gather necessary data from employees and supporting systems
  • Update systems to accurately reflect leave status and maintain appropriate documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years of related experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
