Job Summary
Managing a caseload of Absence Claims, the full-time Absence Management Claim Specialist will review and make decisions on claims related to the Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle, review, and administer FMLA/ADA claims, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Complete eligibility decisions during intake calls and gather necessary data from employees and supporting systems
- Update systems to accurately reflect leave status and maintain appropriate documentation
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1+ years of related experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
