Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant specializing in Absence Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and implement the Absence Management module to meet client requirements
Analyze business rules and translate them into system configurations
Develop custom solutions and integrations using APIs and data feeds

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of functional experience with Absence Management in WorkForce Software
Solid understanding of WFS configuration tools and calculation logic
Experience with SQL, XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs
WorkForce Software certifications in Absence Management are preferred
