Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Absence Subject Matter Expert (SME), Complex Implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead detailed absence discovery sessions and document current-state practices
• Serve as the absence subject matter resource during complex implementations and collaborate with various teams for accurate system setup
• Proactively identify gaps during implementation and validate compliance alignment with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in absence management, disability, or leave administration
• Strong expertise in vendor-based and carrier-based absence administration models
• Experience supporting complex client implementations or consulting engagements
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, case management systems, and compliance frameworks
• Bachelor's degree preferred
