Job Summary

A company is looking for an Absence Management Claim Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle, review, and administer Family & Medical Leave Act and ADA claims, ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures
  • Complete eligibility decisions during intake calls and perform necessary follow-ups, including recertification and tracking
  • Update systems to reflect accurate leave status and maintain proper documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong letter writing and Microsoft Word skills
  • Availability for mandatory paid training starting on April 27th
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree and knowledge of ADA, FMLA, and absence management
